1. Go to cydia
2. Install Appsync
3. Connect to iTunes
4. Right click your iPod
5. Select "Backup"



Your ipod will begin to backup in itunes as well as your "cracked" apps 
which should now start to transfer to iTunes.

on ur device it will say sync in progress.

All appsync does is let iTunes recognize "cracked" apps
(.ipa). This allows iTunes to validate them and recognize them

to see the apps that are syncing to itunes click applications.

this can also backup ur apps from the app store. however i see that it does
not back up emulator apps (gb4iphone etc), winterboard, installous, cydia, rock.
